Procedure to File Complaint of Violation

  1. Complete the MLS Complaint Form (PDF) and fax it back with documentation to the MLS Department at ATS, Inc. The fax should be sent to 972-491-3180, attention: MLS Director.
  2. The MLS Department will conduct a follow-up investigation to determine if the complaint is valid. You may be required to provide additional information.
  3. The MLS Department may send an "Inquiry of Complaint" to the alleged violator.
  4. If the complaint is determined to be valid, a written report will be submitted to the MLS Rules and Regulations Sub-Committee for consideration.
  5. After consideration, the MLS Rules and Regulations Sub-Committee will determine if the complaint is to be forwarded to the MLS Committee.
  6. The MLS Committee will then determine a course of action, if any, and applicable fines.

An ATS member who has a concern or observation regarding MLS may call the MLS Department without filing a complaint.
