Procedure to File Complaint of Violation
- Complete the MLS Complaint Form (PDF) and fax it back with documentation to the MLS Department at ATS, Inc. The fax should be sent to 972-491-3180, attention: MLS Director.
- The MLS Department will conduct a follow-up investigation to determine if the complaint is valid. You may be required to provide additional information.
- The MLS Department may send an "Inquiry of Complaint" to the alleged violator.
- If the complaint is determined to be valid, a written report will be submitted to the MLS Rules and Regulations Sub-Committee for consideration.
- After consideration, the MLS Rules and Regulations Sub-Committee will determine if the complaint is to be forwarded to the MLS Committee.
- The MLS Committee will then determine a course of action, if any, and applicable fines.
An ATS member who has a concern or observation regarding MLS may call the MLS Department without filing a complaint.
