Two of the most important activities when it comes to a successful real estate career are thoroughly preparing for the listing appointment and take the listing… if you want it. There are many key steps required for both of these processes. These include communication, marketing, negotiation, and pricing. Understanding and perfecting these steps will significantly improve the probability of a listing agent’s success. In real estate, it’s about what you say, when you say it, and how you say it. This course walks an agent, step-by-step, through the listing process and allows them to explore different techniques and strategies suitable for agents as they prepare for their listings.
