• Our monthly, member-only CCAR Pulse MLS statistics provide you with in-depth information about the real estate markets of 36 local areas - something no other North Texas association offers.
• CCAR offers LoneStarHomes.com--a FREE lead generation tool for our members! The site features a robust home search that utilizes all of the listings in NTREIS, with special attention given to properties listed by CCAR members. In addition, the site's "Find a REALTOR®" feature allows our members to upload their photo, provide a bio, indicate languages they speak, and lists the designations they've earned.
• We offer a full service REALTOR® Store to help our members with their business. If we don't have it, we'll work hard to get it!
