2012 Nationwide Open House Weekend

 
 
Join CCAR and REALTOR® associations across the country in hosting the nation's largest open house campaign on Saturday and Sunday, April 28-29. On the last weekend in April, REALTORS® will hold open houses in neighborhoods from coast to coast, bringing value to both buyers and sellers. To celebrate, CCAR will:

• Offer discounts in its Plano and Dallas REALTOR® Stores the week of April 22.
• Open our Plano location's REALTOR® Store on Saturday, April 28 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. for last-minute open house items.
• Provide you with free REALTOR® balloons to attach to your listing's open house sign, mailbox, etc. (limit 5 balloons per listing).
• Work with area media to promote Nationwide Open House Weekend.
• Remember: If you plan to participate, be sure to include your open house information in the MLS!
