Additional property data has been ad d ed to the database. These fields are sales and m o rtgage data, phone numbers, privacy encoding (National Do-Not-Call List, Direct Marketing Association opt-out and state non-solicitation lists) as well as geo-coding data. Mapping capabilities are also available. No longer will you have to move between Quick Search and Tax. Realist provides all of this information in one database .
