Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the event that the class is cancelled, or if written notification is received at least 24 hours prior to the class start time. No partial credit is granted for any MCE course.  In regard to "free classes," a no-show fee of $50 will be invoiced to the agent if the class is not cancelled prior to the start time.  You must be present during all class instruction to receive MCE credit.   Please arrive 15 minutes early. NO LATE ADMITTANCE!

In regard to refunds for designation courses or courses where CCAR is not the provider, the cancellation/refund policy is printed on the registration form.  If you are registering online, please read the refund/cancellation policy under class description.
