NTREIS InnoVia Advanced 102
In this class, students will learn how to use the advanced features of InnoVia, including the Comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), along with the basics of CMA theory. This includes entering the subject property, selecting appropriate comparable listings, making price adjustments, and selecting and editing various presentation pages to display. Students will learn to save, print, and e-mail the CMA. Instruction will also be given on how to create custom forms to search for criteria not included in the basic search taught in NTREIS InnoVia Basic 101. NTREIS InnoVia Basic 101 is a prerequisite of this course.

The advanced features of NTREIS listings are explored in this class, as participants are exposed to custom search profiles and prospect interaction. Class participants will learn how to send automatic e-mails or create a personalized Web site for clients to review new listings that meet their criteria. What is a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)? A CMA is the most accurate way for home sellers to determine their home's value, short of actual bids once the home is on the market. As part of this class, you will work on case studies, as well as learn:

· What makes a good comp and what does not
· How to decide if the adjustment is a + or -
· How to explain why valuing houses by the $/SF method may not be correct
