Either call Texas Real Estate Commission at 800-250-8732 or go to their website at http://www.trec.state.tx.us/ and click on education. |

If I just passed the real estate test, can I join the Association?
Yes, if you are currently sponsored by a Broker, and have proof sponsorship documents have been sent to TREC or TREC website shows you hold an active license with that sponsor. |

How much are dues?
The dues for CCAR are on our website under membership. |

When are the annual dues due?
Yearly membership renewals are due December 1st for the next year. |

What is a LFRO office?
Limited Function Referral Office. It is a separate entity that sponsors real estate licensees or appraisers whose sole function is to refer prospective clients to a particular broker. Contact the Association for more information. |

Usually the second Friday of the month. Please check with membership department for any changes. |

How do I get a keycard/or keybox?
When you join as a new member at CCAR you have the opportunity to lease a Supra DisplayKEY and cradle. You purchase Supra iboxes in the CCAR store. It is important to know that the lease with Supra for you keycards goes on for years, and there is payment on that lease due every July 1st. A keybox is a one-time purchase you can make in the CCAR REALTOR® Store. |

How do I get zip forms?
Must become a member of an Association and pay TAR dues. On the TAR website ( http://www.texasrealtors.com/) go to FORMS, click to login, need password, enter TREC license number, and request password-TAR will email you a password. |
