Tom Branch CDPE, SFR
Tom Branch served in the United States Air Force for over 21 years retiring from active duty in 2000. After working in the private sector as a Human Resources Manager, he decided to pursue a second career in the real estate and mortgage industries.
After working at a small brokerage in Allen for two years, he earned his Texas Real Estate Broker License. In 2005 Tom and his spouse, Gina, opened a small brokerage growing it to 3 locations and 35 agents. In 2009, they decided to associate with a national brokerage and joined RE/MAX Dallas Suburbs.
Tom is deeply involved with TREC and CCAR. He was appointed by the Chairperson of the Texas Real Estate Commission as the Vice Chair for the Broker Responsibility Committee. Within CCAR, he was the 2008 Vice Chair for the Independent Broker Network and served on the Conflict of Interest Taskforce. He currently serves on the TREPAC and Government Affairs Committees. Tom earned his Mortgage Loan Officer License in 2003 and worked for a boutique mortgage brokerage in Dallas. In 2009, he accepted a position with NexBank as a Senior Loan Specialist where he originates residential mortgages.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University, an Associate Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, and Associate in Applied Sciences degrees in Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and Training/Development from the Community College of the Air Force.
Tom is married to Gina Branch, his business partner and best friend. They currently reside in Plano with their daughters, Ashley and Jordan. Tom also has two sons, Thomas and Jack. |
