Tour Rules

TOUR GUIDELINES FOR ALLEN & PLANO: *List of homes on tour will be available at each meeting.

• 1. New Listings Only (since the last meeting, no older than 30 days).
  
• 2. Property must be marked ON TOUR in NTREIS Listings MLS by 5:00 pm two days prior to the meeting.
  
• 3. All security must be turned off during tour time.
  
• 4. Make property owners aware of agents touring without appointments.
  
• 5. A Pink Tour Flag must be posted near For Sale Sign on property. No flag, no one can enter.
  
• 6. Listing Agent needs to provide a tour sign in sheet for agents.
  
• 7. Touring Agents do not have to make appointments.
  
• 8. Touring Agents Only! No clients.
  
• 9. Touring Agents will need to use their keycards to enter property.
  
• 10. After the tour hours the Listing Agent will need to pick up the flag, sign in sheet and reactivate the alarm.

This is a great opportunity to have new listings seen by fellow agents.
