CCAR NEWS John Barry Convicted of Mortgage Fraud John Roach, Criminal District Attorney, recently reported to CCAR that the Special Crimes Division tried a week-long mortgage fraud case against defendant John Barry. The trial involved two charges of "Securing the Execution of a Document to Obtain Credit," two charges of "False Statements to Obtain Credit," and two charges of money laundering. The jury found Barry guilty on all charges and visiting judge, John Nelms, assessed a punishment of 25 years in the penitentiary on each case, to run concurrently.
Second Annual Bust ‘Em Out for TREPAC Set for August 13 The CCAR Executive Committee and managers of the 40 largest offices of CCAR will be arrested and detained in TREPAC jail on Thursday, August 13 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the CCAR banquet room. CCAR EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES Staged to Sell Whether a buyer, seller or real estate agent, the home selling and purchasing process can present you with potholes - most of which, can usually be overcome.
