CCAR NEWS Last Chance to Enroll for GRI-2 Marketing at the Early Bird Price Graduate REALTOR® Institute designees have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services to their clients. The GRI curriculum incorporates a common body of knowledge for progressive real estate professionals. A REALTOR® who possesses the GRI designation has not only completed a course of study required by the program, but also subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®. GRI-2 includes instruction on buyer and seller services and real estate technology.

Keep Your NAR Membership Card! In an effort to go green, and because of the immediacy provided by the Internet, NAR has opted to transition the printed Member Reference Guide to an entirely online format beginning in 2011. Therefore, the Guides that are now mailing will be the final printed Guide and card you will receive from NAR.
"A Night With Elvis" a Success The Affiliate Committee's June 4 event, "A Night With Elvis," was a success! $1,240 was raised for TRLP and more funds continue to come in. This class discusses the listing agreements and contractual agreements you have with your clients, as well as issues representing sellers in foreclosure, short sale, and other unusual transactions.
