State Issues & Information

Similar to CCAR, the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR) has an extremely active Government Affairs department. TAR monitors issues in the state legislature pertaining to real estate and private property rights. There are always opportunities for REALTOR® association members across the state of Texas to get involved and volunteer their time and talents to educate others about these issues.
