Ashton Gustafson, top-producing REALTOR® and podcaster
Ashton Gustafson is a highly sought after public speaker, nationally recognized REALTOR®, artist, musician, and entrepreneur. In 2010, REALTOR® Magazine named Ashton one of the top 30 REALTOR® in the United States under the age of 30. He has keynoted from Los Angeles, CA to Burlington, VT, as well as internationally in Canada and Spain. He writes about the art of living, finding beauty in the hidden places, and making music with your life, relationships, and business. His podcast, Good / True / & Beautiful, serves as a platform for thought leaders and visionaries from across the country to share their wisdom and insights on making the world a better place. Dr. Jim Gaines, Chief Economist, Texas A & M Real Estate Center
Dr. Jim Gaines focuses on housing and land development issues. He has more than 35 years experience in a broad array of professional real estate activities and has provided consulting services to numerous businesses, institutions, developers, and all levels of government organizations. He served as President of Rice Center, an urban research center affiliated with Rice University and was an associate professor of real estate and finance at the University of South Carolina.
Brett Leatherman, Supervisory Special Agent, FBI- Dallas Division
Brett Leatherman currently manages a team of Special Agents and support staff in North Texas responsible for the investigation of Federal crimes, to include cyber-enabled crime, white collar crime, public corruption, healthcare fraud, violent crimes against children, hate crimes, civil rights violations, and human trafficking. Leatherman previously served as Assistant Section Chief of FBI Cyber Division, Cyber Operational Engagement Section, managing FBI initiatives to partner with private sector agencies, other government agencies, and critical infrastructure in the realm of both national security and criminal-based cyber threats. Prior to this role, he worked as a Supervisory Special Agent in an FBI cyber national security unit overseeing investigation and intelligence work related to nation state actors targeting U.S. companies and interests using sophisticated cyber network exploitation tools. Leatherman entered on duty as a Special Agent with the FBI in 2003. Prior to his assignment at FBI Headquarters, he served in the Cleveland and Detroit field offices as a Special Agent working complex technical and criminal investigations. He has served as an FBI pilot and hostage negotiator. Prior to joining the FBI, Leatherman served as the Director of Information Technology for a non-profit organization and graduated from Cornerstone University with an undergraduate
