CCAR Class of the Month

GRI Business Skills

Date: 6/5, 6/6, 6/12 & 6/13

Class Type: ZOOM

Why a New Agent Should Take the GRI:
For a new agent, the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation offers a strong foundation for long-term success in real estate. It satisfies 30 hours of the required 90-hour SAE for first-time license renewal in Texas, making it a practical step toward compliance. More importantly, GRI courses dive deep into real-world topics like contracts, negotiations, marketing, and ethics — helping new agents build confidence, enhance professionalism, and develop critical skills that aren't always covered in pre-licensing courses. It's a smart investment in your future that sets you apart in a competitive industry.

Why an Experienced Agent Should Take the GRI:
For seasoned professionals, the GRI designation is a strategic way to sharpen your expertise and stay current in an ever-evolving industry. The coursework offers advanced insights into business planning, legal issues, and emerging technology — all of which can reinvigorate your business approach and client service. Earning the GRI can also count as an elective toward designations like ABR®, SRS, and SRES®, allowing experienced agents to expand their niche services. Whether you're looking to refresh your knowledge, adapt to industry changes, or stand out in your market, GRI delivers the tools to stay at the top of your game.
