CCAR is proud to announce that Past President, Nick Kline, has been honored with the “Realtors to Watch” award by the Texas Realtors. The Realtors to Watch award recognizes Texas Realtors under the age of 40 for their excellence in leadership, community involvement, and sales.

As a seasoned agent with over 15 years in the industry, Kline is actively involved in his local, state, and national Realtor communities. As president of the Collin County Association of Realtors in 2017, Kline is the youngest president in the association’s 62-year history. He is a Texas Realtors Leadership Program graduate, and co-founded the Texas Young Professionals Network and several other local networks. He has also been on the Texas Realtors Executive Board and Board of Directors, in addition to numerous other committees at the local, state, and national level. As a Realtor, Kline frequently serves as a mentor to new agents, hoping to inspire them to do great things in their careers and make connections with the community around them.

In addition to Kline, CCAR and 19 of its members were also honored by the Texas Realtors. As part of its 100th anniversary celebration, Texas Realtors bestowed the Acts of Kindness award on: Liz Carla, David Alan Cox, Bahman Davani, Soozi Finkelstein, Bailey Funke, Laura Hayes, Nancy Highers, Emily Huynh, Jamar Johnson, Mary Leidy, Stephen Lester, Cynthia Lott, Bob McCranie, Johnny Mowad, Jami Mumley, Jamuna Thill, Real Property Management One Source, and Sage Street Realty.

Every day, Realtors make positive contributions to their communities in ways big and small. The Acts of Kindness award honored CCAR and its members for leading by example—going above and beyond to improve the lives of clients, consumers, and communities.

“The Collin County Association of Realtors is truly an association of excellence, and that is largely due to its high achieving and community minded members,” said David Long, CCAR President. “It is humbling to see it recognized to this magnitude.”
