In today’s competitive business environment, it often takes more than
motivation and initiative to succeed. Earning the GRADUATE REALTOR®
INSTITUTE (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home
buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge
on technical subjects as well as fundamentals of real estate. In Texas,
the GRI is obtained by attending three - 30 hour SAE courses for a total
of 90 classroom hours.
9/5, 9/6, 9/12 & 9/13: Zoom: GRI Contracts to Close
Topics include lending essentials, residential contracts, appraisals,
surveys, negotiations, fair housing, and diversity.
10/21, 10/22, 10/28 & 10/29: In Person @ CCAR: GRI Business Skills
Topics include seller services, buyer services, technology, and
environment/green building.
11/4, 11/5, 11/12. & 11/13: In Person @ CCAR: GRI Brokerage
Please note: There is no class on Monday, November 11.
Topics include professional standards, policies, and procedures, brokerage and agency relationships, and business development.
