In today's competitive business environment, it often takes more than motivation and initiative to succeed. Earning the GRADUATE REALTOR® INSTITUTE (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as fundamentals of real estate. In Texas, the GRI is obtained by attending three - 30 hour SAE courses for a total of 90 classroom hours.

Topics include lending essentials, residential contracts, appraisals,

surveys, negotiations, fair housing, and diversity

Who is it for?
