Overcoming Economic Uncertainty 

Date: July 8, 2025, 1-2 p.m.

This course will focus on teaching how REALTORS® can maintain and grow their business during economic uncertainty. 

With the pandemic and current rates of inflation being on the forefront of REALTORS® and consumers minds, it is important to stay ahead of the curve and learn how to remain successful. Provides insight to the real estate professional on the current economic conditions of the real estate industry, whether a small, medium, or large brokerage. 

Through looking at current economic conditions in real estate and what the future holds from the perspective of the consumer and the industry itself, this course will provide license holders with valuable information to better meet the needs of current and potential clients in present and future real estate markets.

Upcoming Certifications and Designations at CCAR

In today’s competitive business environment, it often takes more than
motivation and initiative to succeed. Earning the GRADUATE REALTOR®
INSTITUTE (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home
buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge
on technical subjects as well as fundamentals of real estate. In Texas,
the GRI is obtained by attending three 30 hour SAE courses for a total
of 90 classroom hours.  

7/10, 7/11, 7/17 & 7/18: GRI Brokerage: ZOOM Topics include professional standards, policies, and procedures, brokerage and agency relationships, and business development.  

8/7, 8/8, 8/14 & 8/15: GRI Contracts to Close: ZOOM Topics include lending essentials, residential contracts, appraisals, surveys, negotiations, fair housing, and diversity.

9/4, 9/5, 9/11 & 9/12: GRI Business Skills: ZOOM Topics include seller services, buyer services, technology & environment/green building.

CCAR Offers Several Class Experiences to Choose From

In Person Class: Classroom courses will be held in-person only in the CCAR Plano Banquet Room. No virtual Zoom attendance will be permitted.


Zoom Class: Virtual classes take place online via Zoom. An internet connection and a working web camera are required for virtual classes.

 

Off Site Class: Class sponsored by a CCAR Affiliate or CCAR Brokerage Office. Class will be held away from the CCAR Offices or via Zoom.
