Member Portal Launch Rescheduled to September 3

Due to a technical delay, the launch of the all-new MetroTex Member Portal will be pushed back one day. The new launch date is now Wednesday, September 3.

What this means for you:

  • This delay will not affect your NTREIS access or personalized support.
  • You’ll still have uninterrupted access to your current member benefits.
  • The payment pause and system freeze will be extended by one day.
  • The new MetroTex Member Portal will be available on September 3, and the rollout of your expanded member benefits will begin.

We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure everything runs smoothly for you. We’re excited for you to experience the updated portal, which will make managing your membership easier, faster, and more convenient than ever.

We also want to acknowledge our disappointment with the Supra system migration issues that began on Thursday. Despite assurances that there would be no member impact, that was not reality. Our staff worked throughout the holiday weekend to address Supra’s errors and restore member eKey access to those affected. Please know that we remain committed to assisting our members and will continue to do everything possible to support you. In the coming days, we will review the series of events and share a full report with our membership.
