NTREIS has not previously provided a showing service, though they do integrate with other showing platforms. The BrokerBay product will not only be fully integrated with your listings in Matrix but will also connect to your Supra keyholder services.
Brokers may choose to continue using the showing platform of their choice, but to activate the BrokerBay services for your office, the Broker must initiate a launch date and set the office preferences in Matrix to the selected showing platform.
NTREIS will provide additional information to Brokers on this process, but can also be reviewed in upcoming Admin Masterclasses.
October 25: Training Launches
Admin Masterclass is directed to Brokers, Office Admins, and Assistants that will need to know how to operate the admin functions of the platform.
Admin Masterclass will be offered on 10/26, 11/01, 11/02, 11/8, and 11/9 at 1 p.m.

Agent Masterclass is for agents, to learn how to use BrokerBay for your business.
Agent Masterclass will be offered on 10/27 & 11/1 at 1 p.m., 11/4 at 12:30 p.m., and 11/8 at 2:30 p.m.

November 1: Select Launch Date
Brokers/Admins can begin setting up office profiles and select a launch date.
Agents can begin setting up agent profiles and preferences.
November 15*: Earliest Launch Date
The earliest launch date available will be November 15. Once a Broker has initiated a launch, showings appointments will be available through BrokerBay for listings in that office/firm.
In Matrix, listings will show the appropriate showing service available for appointments on that listing.
