Being a CCAR member, you've likely heard about our Government Affairs/TREPAC committees, and we want YOU to join in on the fun. Because these two committees go hand & hand, they have formed one large group of like minded individuals who want to take real estate advocacy to the next level. They meet on the fourth Thursday of every month from 3-5 p.m. at the CCAR Plano headquarters.
Topics discussed during these meetings include:
- Local/State/National real estate issues and trends.
- Provide ways to get involved with your local government.
- Upon election seasons, you have the opportunity to get involved with local races/TREPAC-Supported candidates.
- Upcoming events specific to Government Affairs/TREPAC.
- The Corporate Ally Program

Both of these committees are committed to success of the real estate industry and protecting private property rights of Texas homeowners. We want to stress that change in any industry starts at the local level because it is your local representatives that make your voice heard at the State and National levels.
